    Enhancing multipage tabs

In retirement I set myself the challenge of producing an electronic launch point logging system at the gliding club I am a member of.
One of the criticisms members had was the lack of definition of the standard forms 'multi-page, despite many hours searching the web I could not find a satisfactory solution.
The attached file may be of use to others, the principle can be expanded and adapted to enhance individual pseudo-tabs (colours, fonts etc.).
However I may have reinvented the square wheel and an easier solution is out there somewhere.

    torachan,

Very elegant and intuitive. Will certainly make use of this in future!

You can't get the colour of the button, but you can do all the rest (multi-row, active row to the bottom etc) with a tabstrip

    Re: Enhancing multipage tabs

The demo pages were left blank, however the page tab headings used in the original application should indicate to you the complexity of content of each page.
This level of complexity is not achievable using a tabstrip, hence a multipage is used as the data entry/display is of a completely differing nature on each page.

You'd just use the tabstrip in combination with normal tabs, you'd hide the tab names on the tabs control in favour of the tabstrip

As I said in my original post "However I may have reinvented the square wheel and an easier solution is out there somewhere."
If you would be kind enough to post a demo file, I would understand that more readily, a picture is worth a thousand words.

    Re: Enhancing multipage tabs

    Ochimus,
    Thank you for the compliment.
I have only been using VBA for 5/6 years as a self imposed challenge.
At the tender age of 75 not all suggestions make sense to my ageing grey cells.
I have asked 'Kyle123' to expand his suggestion as I cannot see the point in making a 'TabStrip' interact with a 'MultiPage'.
Am I missing the point or just totally confused.
