I need to keep Edate formula in one of my sheets, however
How can I leave it blank instead of 1900?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
I recommend uploading a small representative sample workbook (not picture).
To upload an Excel workbook, follow these steps:
1) Click on "Go Advanced"
2) Click on "Manage Attachments"
3) Click on "Choose File"
4) Choose your file and click on "Open"
5) Click on "Upload"
6) Click on "Close this window"
I am sorry about that.
Thank you.
27 of 28 of the formulas are similar. Was D4 supposed to show 1/0/1900 as well?
If so, you can use this in D3:
=IFERROR(1/(1/EDATE($C3,D$2)),"")
The you can drag the formula to the right and down.
The ones are in yellow is the examples that keep the formula but leave it blank
C add date, D, E, F and G edate formnula
I forgot to mention that: D,E,F and G are 3,6,9 and 12 months
So with 3, 6, 9, and 12 in D2:G2, you can use this in D3:
=IF($C3="","",EDATE($C3,D$2))
Drag the formula to the right and down.
Maybe I am not making myself clear.
D3, has the correct date, D4, D6, D8 are the rows that the date will add later, these are the ones that
I 'd have the formula, but keep spece in blank
If the suggestion from post #7 is not what you are looking for, I'm afraid that I have no idea what it is that you want.
Looking at what you are asking for in posts #6 and 8, I believe that the suggestion from post #7 does just that.
See attachment.
Yes, It did!!
Thank you so much!!
