Really just wanted to share this solution as I found it very frustrating that this is currently doesn't seem to be covered anywhere on the Internet.
I was wrestling with this problem for hours but the solution for me was simple. They can't be any DIV/0s In the source data. If there are, simply use IFERROR To turn them into zeros. You'll then find That the pivot table Counts them properly.
