    Fuzzy Lookup Add-in From Microsoft

Just found this add-in from MS. Apparently has been around for awhile.

Yes, I've used it a few times. It's not particularly user friendly - playing with the settings was very much trial and error, but I did manage to get it to match two lists of names where there were significant inconsistencies.

I cant find it online anymore (although I'm sure others can find it somewhere), but I have a Jaccard fuzzy match Vlookup, Hlookup etc with SHG's (40 thousand posts!) name all over it that I use.
Also there is some code for the Levenshtein Distance.
If you want something done right... find a forum and ask an online expert.
