Lock right side of Window to prevent dragging it larger ....

Hi.

I have a spreadsheet containing a price list of some of our products, and to the right of the white pages which will be printed for the brochure I have columns in the grey area in which I do calculations which link to the white pages.

Normally this would not be a problem, but we need to email the price list to various customers and we do not want them to see the grey area to the right of the white pages.

Is there a way in which one can prevent the customer from dragging the right side of the window to show the grey area, and thus conceal this section from him ?

In other words: lock the page to the white page view only.

Does the customer need an Excel file. Why not send him a PDF.
Try this:

Select the area you want the customer to see and click on "set print area"
Then:
Save As
and select "PDF"

the PDF will only contain the area selected

(note you may need to tailor this in the same way as you would a normal printing job (header rows, fitting it to a single page wide etc)
