Easily resize multiple columns

Select all the columns that you want to resize. If you want to include columns that are not adjacent to each other hold down the Ctrl key and select. When all the columns are selected, move the cursor to the divider between the column letters of any selected column until it changes to a heavy vertical line with a horizontal arrow (the right hand divider of the column) then double left click. All the selected columns will be automatically resized to fit their contents.
