how to make a posting in excelforum more attractive

i want to know the following.
when posting in excelforum how can i get the quote tag. if it is handy i can cut paste the lines and put the tags on either side. putting the quotation mark on either side of the lines does not have any effect.

I think you are asking how to show code in a post. You copy the code and paste it into this message box. Then you select the code by click and drag across the code. Then click on the # icon above the message box. This will put code tags in front and behind what you have selected. Then it will show as code.

not exactly. I wanted to get the "QUOTE" inside my message. like the above lines are enclosed within quotes.i need to know how can i get this to a certain sentence when i am posting(rather during my feedback).

I think I'd copy that line and paste it in my next message and then put the bubble tag around it, like"

The Quote or Bubble Tag is just to the left of the # icon above the message box. You can also use in your messages if you need to.

take a look at using the icons immediately above the "rely" window - you will a "call-out" bubble (quote), a # (code) <> etc, play around with them and see if that is what you want?
