    IF Statement merge

    hi,

I have a merge where "Tax_Staff" will contain either Aiden, Carol, Leon or Anna. I want the email to follow the persons name. So for example:

    Coding -
Please contact { Tax_Staff } ({ IF Tax_Staff = Aiden then [email protected], if Tax_Staff = Carol then [email protected] ... ect}) if you require any assistance.

    Result -
Please contact Aiden ([email protected]) if you require any assistance.

I will need the following emails per name..
    Aiden - [email protected]
    Carol - [email protected]
    Leon - [email protected]
    Anna - [email protected]

    Is this possible?
    Thanks

    Where can that be found?
And it will work even with it being a four tier IF statement?

On the Ribbon's Mailings tab, in the Write and Insert Fields group.

You simply insert four stand-alone IF fields.
