Hello, I created a custom label but do not know why at the end of the label
the text does not go to the next label but stays in the same.

Your document consists of a 1-column table with cells that occupy the whole page. The cell row height is set to exactly 2inches (5.08cm) and so cannot expand. It is not clear to me why you're using a table with a fixed row height if you want the text to flow from page to page. Indeed, for that you don't even need a table.
