Word 2007 - print numbers on labels

Hi folks!
I need some help please.

I need to print numbers on labels Avery L4731.
I want to import a number list from excel.

I just want to print numbers in one row like this:
A1 B1
1 28
2 29
3 30
4 31
5 32
6 33
. .
. .
. .

i created in "mailings" - "create" a label list wiht L4731, but when i
import my excel file in all the cells is «Next Record».
i have no idea how to import my numbers and prin them???

I hope that i could explain what i need.

its working, i have only to bring the numbers in the middle of the cell.
