Incorrect spellings highlight and then correct them using vba

Hi i am working part time as a content writer in local news channel,

On daily basis i write paragraphs and there are too much of spelling mistakes i do,is there any help that i can get like if want to correct spellings i just put that paragraph in that file and press button, in first highlights those spellings and ask you wish to correct? and spelling gets corrected!! Any help would do with vba would be better to save time! Is it possible? And one more things i insert special charatcters like invtered comma's and all can i get them removed and put comma's from keyboard
