How to change all the text boxes at the same time

Hi

I have been sent a Word Document, created in Word 365, that has five pages with ten text boxes
on each page, each has solid fill colour and identical text in the body of the text box.

Unfortunately the text and colour are incorrect and I need to change them, but each will be the
same changed text.

Is there a way to do that to all the boxes at the same time.

This will be done with Office 365, which I have not used before.

I appreciate any advice.

Thanks, I tried holding Ctrl while I clicked, shift worked.
