Post Printing document with comments. Formatting changes

    Hi,

I have Microsoft office 2016 for MAC. I have a word document. When i try to print a document with comments the whole document gets printed on top 2/3 of the page and bottom 1/3 or significant portion remains empty. It looks something like this.Screen Shot 2017-05-01 at 2.04.15 PM.png.

I want it be printed with proper formatting spread over the whole page. Just like a normal print out.

    Thanks

P.S. It was fine couple of days ago but now it is behaving like this.

Without actually seeing the problem document, it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

I have attached a sample document for your review. If you print it with comments the bottom half of page is empty.
Otherwise it prints ok without messing up the margins.

Your attachment has less than half a page of content, so it's hardly surprising it fills only the upper part of the page. If what you're trying to prevent is everything being scaled down to accommodate the comments (without changing the page layout), change their markup format from 'balloons' to 'in-line'.
