I have a word doc that contains links from an excel file (copied cell -> Paste Special -> Paste Link -> Unformatted Text). I am using this word doc as a template for creating a monthly report which follows a similar format. However, I want to save a copy of each months report with all the links removed. My solution was to copy the entire report, and then -> Paste Special -> Paste -> Formatted Text. However, when I Select All and hit F9 (update link) it will still update to whatever changes I made in the excel. How do I change it so that I can take output from my word template and save it with links all removed in a separate word doc?
