    Where Are Other Headings?

At the section "Home - Styles"

There are only Heading 1 and Heading 2.

How to apply Heading 11, Heading 14 etc. ?

There are only nine heading styles, and this link should help get you a proper understanding.

    I've read all of those.

Do I have to do a) Define New List Style o b) Define New MultiList Style

    to apply Heading 10, 11, 12...?

    The article says...

a paragraph style for each heading level (Word allows, actually requires, 9 levels).

You would do both just like the article defines in the step-by-step instructions.

I'm not sure why you keep asking for 10, 11, and 12? Have you already been thru Heading levels 1 - 9? You can create all sorts of New List Styles, but when it comes to the MultiList, it's pre-built to 9 levels.

The real issue here is why you believe you need more than 9 heading levels, as opposed to more than 9 headings. I've never seen a document that did. Still, if you really, really do need more, see: https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=...ng/EM-57kyS3Ww
