    Help with macro that inserts signature block

    I need help programming a macro that inserts a signature block. It is a 4x4 table, columns 1&3 have in each cell: Company, Signature, Name, Date. Columns 2&4 are for the hand written portion. Columns 1&3 should be as narrow as permissible to keep on one line. Looks like this:

    Company:_______________ Company:_______________
    Signature:_______________ Signature:_______________
    Name, Title:_______________ Name, Title:_______________
    Date:_______________ Date:_______________


    I can't record the a macro for it.

    Include a sample file with a signature block in it. My first instinct is to have the signature stored in a template and copy / paste as a picture to where you want it. I am assuming that the purpose is to print the sheet as hard copy and have people sign it. The reason for the picture instead of text is that pictures don't care what the column widths of where they are pasted are.

    If some of the items need to be filled in before printing we can make provision for that.
    One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

    A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

    I attached one. I could do an image, issue is then if any text needs to be changed then I can't change it.

    Simply save the table in your attachment as a custom quick part, then insert that whenever required. No VBA code needed.
