I want to create a default template by modifying "Normal" style in "Home - Styles - Normal"
I can change Font and Its Size but where is "Page Layout - Margins" settings?

I can't find where it is hidden in Office 365, either!
Maybe do it this way instead: https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=487

Your thread title is based on a false premise. Styles don't have margin settings; only the (Section-based) page layout does. Paragraph Styles (not character Styles) can be given left and/or right indents.
