to change easy setting for work Add or Less things

    Hi All,
i need your help to convert typical formatting into simple way. i convert PDF file to word document but there is a complex margins setting in it. i want to do it simple to add more things in it. let example i want to add LOT# 21220011 and Exp # 22-4-2022 from the first line where start Qty. when i goto forward to add LOT and Exp in front of every line then its jump to next line. is there any way to change typical margin setting to simple way of word table. after that i want to add more line below of table to add more item same like above setting.

File is attached. i dont know what exactly the name of top setting that way i am using margin setting.

    Thanks.
