Ive tried searching for solutions to similar scenarios but couldnt see anything that quite match.

Ive got a few documents that im trying to pull together to make it easier to complete a process, i can do most of my requirements, just stuck with one bit, wondering if its possible and any solutions towards it.

Just to outline the whole thing to add a bit of context.

Im trying to create a spreadsheet that will act as a central point for various docs/tasks which will also remove as much human error as possible. I get a notification with a specific request, feom this I will select an option from a drop down list, mirroring that of the notification.

I have a word doc with a list of processes to follow, I want to be able to populate a cell or group of cells with the content from the required process. If i undate the word doc, this needs to be reflected in the apreadsheet. This is the part im not sure will be simple or need specific formatting etc.

From this I need to create a word doc following a specific template, which will be sent on.

I.e. notification titled "process 1" comes in, I select "process 1" in the drop down, this then populates cell b2 with the content from the "process 1" section of the document.

I can do the drop down and build the spreadsheet to populate the template, however any help towards pulling a section of a word doc would be greatly appreciated.
