    Print setting issue

    Hi all,
    i need your help to solve the issue. i a making a letter head in Word ,top heading is perfect in layout in front but when i goto print then print setting totally change. can anybody set this as i see layout in simply front page?

    file is attached.
    see the error snap shop of when print.

    kindly tell me why minor gap on printing LEFT and RIGHT side.

    Your problem has nothing to do with Word but everything to do with your choice of printer. The letterhead will only print correctly on printers that are capable for doing full-page bleeds. Many Photo printers can do that.

    thanks for your reply, i am using attached snaps printers. How i can adjust this file for this printer? i am doing some margins setting but failed.

    See my previous reply. Your HP LaserJets cannot do full-page bleeds.
