How To Draw A Table Like That?

Insert a Table 28 cells wide by 15 Hide

Select an Area 4 cells wide by 3 high

Right Click and select Table Properties

Select Borders and Shading

Select No Border. Then Select Box

Now Select the botom right cell of the area

Right Click and select Table Properties

Select Borders and Shading

Select Box

You have created the start of your table. Copy the whole area 4 cells wide by 3 high and paste it into the cell immediately below
and continue until you have a column.

Copy the column and paste it into the adjacent columns.

Sorry 28 wide by 15 tall

once you are done you will see a table 7 wide by 5 tall.
