Templates Folder

Hi

I want to create a custom folders under the C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates and when I open MS Word I want to see these folders and choose the templates I want to use. Is this possible? Cause right now I created folders and it is not showing.

Also is it possible to create a shortcut that linked to our internal company website that have lots of templates under the C:\Users\1400lka\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates and when I open the new document in word how I can see this shortcut if it is not .dotx?

I want to create folders under templates and can see them wen open in folder

ie. I created Word Templates, Word Letters, Word Contact but when I opened the word I only see Word Templates as below pictures.


Also I created a short cut under template but I can see it when I open word only I can see Normal, How I can do that?
