Word Document with Excel style calculations

Hi all,

I have a word document that I would like to add some calculations to based on times. Currently I have a embedded spreadsheet to do the calculations however I would much prefer to have them in the Word Doc for end user preference.

The timings are based on:-

2.5 mins per gymnast x number of gymnasts in the biggest group X by number of groups (4 or 5)
+ 3 min floor warm up x 2 rotations x number of groups (3 min x 2 rotations x 4 or 5 groups)
+ 7 mins per age division for presentation

e.g. 2.5 x 9 gymnast = 22.5 x 4 or 5 rotations + 24 or 30 mins floor warm up + 14 or 28 min presentation

Then starting the next session with a 20 - 30 minute buffer to clear the venue.

Based on the above, I feel the timing should be more like this:

Session 1
Wup 8.15 am
Comp 8.40am
Finish 11.15am

(10 gymnasts x 2.5 mins = 25 x 4 groups = 100 (1 hr 40mins) + (3min x 2 rotations x 4 groups (24 mins) floor warm up + 4 presentations x 7 mins (28 mins) = 2hr 32 mins

20 mins clear venue

Session 2
Wup 11.35am
Comp 12.00pm
Finish 2.45pm

(11 gymnasts x 2.5 mins = 27.5 x 4 groups = 110 (1 hr 50mins) + (3min x 2 rotations x 4 groups (24 mins) floor warm up + 4 presentations x 7 mins (28 mins) = 2hr 43 mins
