Printing option in MSWORD

Hi,
This query is related to MSWORD .So this platform may not be proper to it.
But I am facing lot of trouble in for this work.
So it would be helpful to me if anybody is having solution.

I have a word file which contains letters to be sent to customers.(Word file is attached herewith)
Page no 1,2,3 contains letter for 1 customer and page no 4,5,6 contains letter for another customer and so on(i.e one customer is having letter of 3 pages).

When i try to print back to back ,4th page gets printed on back side of 3rd page.
So is there any way by which i can print Page no 1,2,back to back ,Pg No 3 on next page and page No 4 from new page. This is required to save pages.Otherwise I will have to print each page separately.

Your document appears to be the product of a mailmerge. The simplest solution is to insert an empty last page in your mailmerge main document. That way, each 'letter' will start on an odd page (i.e. a new sheet).
