    how to show over spend or under spend amount in cell from Auto Sum in color bar??

    Hi,

    Anyone one can help and advice

    I want to show color bar or icon bar in the amount for reminder column for amount that are over and under spend. Is there any way to do it?

    I try with Conditional formatting but cannot get the result I wanted. Please advice the steps.

    The Data bar conditional format can display positive and negative bars.

    Just seen you posted this in the Word forum. Did you want the bars in a Word document?

    As per the image, I want to have color bar inside Column C where all negative with number in red and under spend with number in blue.
