    Re: MS Word Form

When you configure a file to be a form, it's the whole file. You just add another page like you would in a regular Word document. Can you be more specific? Attaching a sample file would be brilliant (see yellow banner at top of page).

    Re: MS Word Form

So what's stopping you from continuing on a second page?

PS: I note every question has three checkbox options - yes, no, na, but you have nothing to ensure only one is checked. You really should consider using a dropdown formfield with yes, no, na options instead of three checkboxes. That way, you can ensure only one option is chosen in each case.

    Thanks for coming back Paul

So for clarity i work off a mac so don't know if the capabilities in word would be the same.

As far as extending the form I've tried to copy and paste the first page onto the second etc. am i being a dummy

Yeah i agree with the dropdown selection. I was just messing about with it to be honest

    Thanks

    Al

    Re: MS Word Form

Whether you're working on a PC, Mac or tablet, documents can have thousands of pages. That said, why would you simply copy & paste? Surely the questions, etc. for each page would be entirely different?!
