I have a Word document that will print fine in Word 2010 and Word 2016 but it will not print properly in Word 2013. The borders are off somehow but I cannot figure out how to repair it. I'm curious if someone can spot the issue.

I do not see any borders in Word 2010. Moreover, no borders have been set via the page layout.

No borders in sight in Word 365, either ...

Would either of you happen to have Word 2013 to see what the issue is? I don’t think you’ll see the problem unless you open it in Word 2013. When I get to where I can log back into the system, I’ll provide a screenshot of the issue so you can see exactly what I’m referring to. Basically, though, the first number is not visible when you print it using Word 2013.
That has nothing to do with borders but everything to do with a likely miss-match between your custom page size and the designated paper size.
Here is an example of how the print preview looks in Word 2010 & 2016

I've attached the actual file
Both your 'attachments' are invalid links. In any event, you posted the same document before and there is mot likely a mis-match between the designated page size and the actual paper size you're trying to output to. You need to change the paper size in the Print dialogue also.
