Huge Mail Merging with chart

Hi

I have a Excel sheet with 6000 row . I want to use Mail Merging to create a PDF file for each row . Each PDF file must be include some chart based on data in the Excel file . Microsoft office word can not include chart in mail merging . Although there are some Add in that claim they can do it but I have tried them they wouldn't work for my work.

What I am looking for is to produce 6000 PDF files base on my Excel file .

This process can be done with Excel. See attached example. To assist further, we would need an example file with some data points and the graph, as per the yellow banner above.
