Embedding excel tables in Word and creating graphs from that data

Hello,
I have a word document (attached), I have embedded an excel table with 3 rows and 3 columns of data.
I would like to create a graph using the data from the embedded table, is this possible? If so how do I reference the embedded table for the data?
