I am relatively new to VB and am looking to create 500+ letters. Excel file contains Names, other detail 1 and other detail 2. Problem I ran into was to be able to print 1 document (as oppose to 500+) in PDF output. I came across the code below and managed to import that into Word

Excel Format -
Col A - Name (used in mail merge)
Col B - Company Name (used in mail merge)
Col C - Title (used in mail merge)

- I get an 4198 Error message. When I use the latter as advised on the topic, I am getting output as 1, 2, 3 etc.Please Login or Register to view this content.
I am wondering if there is any way to save these PDF outputs as the names (field 1)?
