G'day Gurus,
Bit of a strange one(for me), not sure if this is entirely possible and googling doesn't seem to have the exact answer I am asking(could be wrong terminology)
I have a word document, its a warning letter for breach the legislation.
What I would like to do is take the guess work out of what to write for officers.
Attached is a quick dirty template
Drop down menu - Select which piece of legislation(Act 1-3 for temp)
Possible second drop down with the Section of the Act
Red Text - Free Text
Blue Text - Space that will change depending on drop down
What I would like to do is change the standard text marked in Red based on what Act and section has been selected up the top.
Is data validation in word a thing that can be achieved or would is it be best to do the letter template in excel.
