modify a label sheet to add a border

    Hi,
I am trying to modify this existing label sheet which has 30 labels on a page.

RED WINE VIN ROUGE 13.5% alc./vol.
    Return for Refund where Applicable
Consigné là où la loi le prescrit
    STERLING VINEYARDS
    CALIFORNIA U.S.A
PRODUCT OF U.S.A. PRODUIT DES E.-U.
Contains Sulfites – Contient Des Sulfites

I am trying to now modify the label sheet to put a border with spacing around the line "Contains Sulfites – Contient Des Sulfites"

I've attached the sheet which I did manually which took me some time as I have to modify every line and format accordingly so they all align to the existing label. I have around 50 similar labels like this to be modified.

Here is the way I did it, and it did not change the footprint of the original label. I just added a paragraph border around the sulfites notice, and then copied the cell and pasted it back to the others. The whole thing took 20 seconds.

    Hi there,

Here's an Excel-based solution which prints 30 labels per page.

One routine sets the cell height/width based on your page margins.

You then create your typical label in Cell A1.

The second routine copies the contents of Cell A1 (including the 750ml TextBox and the Sulfites TextBox with its border) to all of the other 29 cells on the page.

The attached workbook uses the following code:

Hope you find the above useful/interesting.

Thanks Greg, I didn't think of an Excel option which is good, However the Cell adjustment module freezes when I try to access. Also how do I replicate for other labels? do just delete the ones created ("a1") once created to rebuild a different one? I have 50+ more of these modifications to be made.

Thanks for your reply and also for the Reputation increase - much appreciated

    I'm answering from my phone.

I'll be away from my computer until Friday next, so I'll try to post something for you at that stage.

Thanks so much Greg. let me know what can be done. I'm really trying to get something in place to do the 50+ ones I have left and keep on coming as this will be ongoing..

Re: modify a label sheet to add a border

    Hi,
still trying to get this label of the ground. I've decided to go for a generic label which I then just need to add if its a white or red and the alcohol %. with the "contains sulphites in two lines and the border neatly wrapped around with space.when I am duplicating for different ones. but cannot get this fixed up as the formatting never matches up.

    HTML Code:
