if you right click and PASTE>SPECIAL
what options do you get
often
you have quite a few options
Formatted text will put the values in , as a table

If you have a solution to your thread - Please mark your thread solved do the following: >
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.
Keep value only, its paste the value in the table but still use source format
you may have to do that in 2 pastes
1) Paste > Special > Value
2) Paste > Special > Format
thats what I have had to do, other members may have a better solution, but thats all I have ever done
Only issue with format is if conditional formatting exists as that will be copied

I have formatted table in word
I want copy all cells from excel and paste it in my word table, and keep word table formatting
When I select same numbers of copied rows and columns and click paste value, its paste excel formatting also, its working only if I paste one cell
Try the combination ctrl+shift+enter. I usually do something like this
