As we know ALT + SHIFT + UP OR DOWN ARROW, will move the rows in the table
but that if the table inside the textbox? is there keyboard shortcut?

You could just select the row and drag it...

If the table is inside a textbox in Microsoft Word, you can still use the keyboard shortcut ALT + SHIFT + UP or DOWN ARROW to move the rows of the table up or down respectively.
To do this, you will first need to select the entire row you want to move by clicking on the left-hand side of the table, where the row numbers are located. Once the row is selected, you can use the keyboard shortcut ALT + SHIFT + UP or DOWN ARROW to move it up or down within the textbox.
Alternatively, you can also use the mouse to drag and drop the row to a new position within the table.
