Connecting shapes on a Drawing Canvas

Hello!

I'm working in Word 2016 (v. 16.0.14326.20324). My document has a drawing canvas with several shapes on it: "Oval 1," "Oval 2," and "Arrow 1" (which is a connector). I'm trying to connect Ovals 1 and 2 with the arrow using VBA, but I cannot find the "ConnectorFormat" property, which is how I do it in Excel. How can I make the connection using VBA? It seems like the problem is working within the Drawing Canvas, but outside the drawing canvas, there are no connections on the shapes.
