Adding in BODY: Author and Last Modified Date (Automatically Updates)

Is there a feature or way to add the last author to modify a document and the date it was last modified included in the document? That way whenever the document is modified, the author and date will be updated. I know there is a way to do this in headers and footers but is there a way to do this in the body of microsoft word?

You can do it the much same way. If you have Word's 'update fields before printing option' checked, a Print Preview should be enough to get the fields to update.
