Pulling Address Generated Word Documents

At work, we have a online program that generate letters to our customers. The letters have to be sent certified. We have anywhere from few letters to 25 letters per run. It prints standard letter, Date, Address, then Body and the rest. The online program unable to generate print labels only letters.

Is there way to pull all the address to generate labels automatically. Right now, we cut and paste each address. It take time to cut and past 25 address.

Plus, I want to ensure 3 copies of each address on 5160 label.

Whether it's possible would depend very much on how hard it would be to programmatically differentiate between the addresses and the rest of the content. You haven't orovided any details on that. In any event, your program probably works from a database, which means you should be able to generate the labels via a mailmerge.

There is no way to program it from the letter generator. It is a business partner and doing so will generate existing cost to my company.

It pulls names and other data from a database, plugs into a pre-designed letter and then output to 1 file containing letter per page with address and content. Mail merged is done on the vendor side.

Basically, once the letter generated with the addresses, I look for any way to pull the address from the outputted letter into Word Template 5160, address capture.
