Good morning everyone,
I am using MS Word tool for “tables and index”. I am trying to build an index that would look for a series of words in different files. I have found a good way to do it using RD fields which looks like this:
[RD "GA%2001.doc" \f]
[RD "GA%2001.doc" \f]
[RD "GA%2001.doc" \f]
…
[RD "GA%2001.doc" \f]
[Index \c "2" \z "3082"]
[The brackets should be the correct ones for the RD fields, but I can't seem to find them right now... I found this method here: http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/p...le.asp?ID=148]
But the results I get are not satisfying because they look like this:
Orange, 61, 98, 1, 392, 153, 211, 213, 214, 215, 216, 39, 29, 105
I can’t seem to find a way to include inside the index the name of the files where the words were found. The names of my files being “GA 01”, “GA 02”, etc. up to “GA 90”, the results should give something like:
Orange, GA 03, 61, 98, GA 09, 1, 392, GA 21, 153, 211, 213, 214, 215, 216, GA 47, 39, GA 88, 29, 105
Otherwise, there is no way I can guess where these page numbers come from.
Is there a way to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance,
François
