list of words by frequency

Hello,


I have a 300 page manuscript for which I want to create a list of the most often appearing words and their frequencies.

For instance, using the above sentence:


a: 2
I: 2
frequencies: 1
have: 1
page: 1
the: 1

and so forth...



Any suggestions?
