Hi,
I am a Word novice working with Form Fields. I am trying to find a way where I can link Form Fields together. For example, I have a company name in a field that will be repeated throughout the document. I would like to be able to link that field to others within the same document. Is there a way to auto populate other forms?

Add a Ref field in each location.
You don't list your version. In 2007, it's Insert, Quick parts, Field, Links and References, Ref, then choose the bookmark name.

My version is 2013. Sorry for omitting! Is 2007 similar to 2013?
In that respect, yes. Make sure your formfield has a bookmark name as one of its properties and that the 'calculate on exit' property is checked, then insert a cross-reference to that bookmark.Originally Posted by Cardan
