    i need to make a form that have yes no check offs but when they select yes i want them to get other options

    use a userform.

    you can make it do anything you want.

    for example make a textbox visible and another command button.

    or go to another page.

    What kind of check box are you using - formfield, content control, ActiveX, or userform? The most appropriate answer depends on what you're using and what you're trying to achieve. For example, do you want these extra options to appear in a document so they can be printed?.
