Your post isn't exactly clear about what you're working with or what you're trying to achieve. You apparently already have page breaks. Are these manual page breaks, 'next page' Section breaks, page breaks created by having paragraphs with the 'page break before' paragraph format or something else? If you already have manual page breaks, 'next page' Section breaks, page breaks created by having paragraphs with the 'page break before' paragraph format, are you trying to create blank pages in between? If the breaks exist just because the text flows to the next page, inserting manual page breaks can have undesirable effects, including:
1. breaking paragraphs at the page boundaries. If those paragraphs have auto numbering, first-line indents, hanging indents, bulleting, etc., the newly created paragraph will replicate all these features. This could make a real mess of sequential numbering; and
2. different results on computers using different printer drivers. That's because Word uses data from the active printer driver to determine the page layout. Consequently, where the page breaks occur on one PC might be different on another PC (or even on the same PC if you choose a different printer). This could even end up with situations where you end up with a single word at the top of a page, followed by the page break.
