Go to each individual appendix in word document

Hi there, there a way to get a collection of the appendix header
for example
Appendix 1.2
Appendix 1.3

And go to its individual pages.
What I am current doing now is:

1. Get the table of content
2. Get the Page number of where like "Appendix 1.*"
3. Go to the page number
