Correcting format error in multiple files

I have 300 separate Word xml files, each containing a table of 8 columns of data and text. As a result of an error (not mine), the last column contains text in which the alignment is either Centred or Italicised when it should be Aligned left, Arial and 10 point size with no B, I or U applied. The table contains a variable number of rows from one file to another but between 8 and 12 rows and hence cells to be reformatted in the offending column. I can not reproduce the files correctly due to a S/W error.

I need to correct each file and save as a Word doc file (not xml).

I could open each file, reformat the offending column manually by hand and resave. I attempted to record a Macro, invoked by a keyboard button. But there seems to be no way to highlight the variable column length of cells automatically whilst recording the Macro. I do not have the knowledge to write a VB Macro.

Can anyone please suggest any way I might correct this large number of files and resave in the required format at Macro speed? The attached example shows what I have (Page 1) and what I want (Page 2). Any ideas would be much appreciated please.
