Can anyone advise how to do the following, I have attached the word doc relating to this.
Tabbing through the work sheet to the Person(s) drop down box. What I want is if I select 1 Person the 2nd Person box disappears & everything carries on as is.
However if I select the 2 persons option, then the 2nd Person box appears. That is my first requests?
Secondly. Once the 2nd Person box appears I want it so that the hrs that are filled in towards the bottom of the sheet are split in two between the 1 Person & 2nd Person job, so if 6 hrs are entered then 3 hrs will appear in both 1st & 2nd Person boxes.
Lastly the boxes that all have 0 hrs, I cannot enter any 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 ie 1/2 or 3/4 hr entries, it defaults to 0?
I'd appreciate anyone who can help me with this, my programming / macro skills are zilcho. Thanks in advance.
