I need to autosave word template per date

Dear All ..

I need your help as urgent

Kindly I need to save my word template when i push the save button will be automated save as Daily report and date exp: Daily report 12-12-12

and auto saved in the direction C:/daily report/12-2012

And if I save another one like Daily report 12-11-12

the auto save will be in C :/ daily report / 11-2012
