Highlighting multiple words in MS-word and Excel 2007

I would like to know code which can highlight multiple words in different colors in excel and word. Macro can show a text box to enter different words. These words can be separated by a comma. These words when found in a file can be highlighted. In excel, there can be change in color of a cell containing the word or the call can show a pop-out (similar to a html page) showing the highlighted text.

    Thanks in advance.

    For Word, see: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tip_p...d_replace.html
For Excel, post a request in the Excel forum.
