Attaching .dot templates to individual document

Hello all,

i have a .dot template that contains macros and the few word documents that are referenced to the .dot template.
We open that word document from our website which opens as a new document with reference to the .dot template. what i want is every new document should have a the same .dot template attached under individually. Example .dot template is "Macrobase" so the Document 1 should have Macrobase.dot And Document 2 should have Macrobse.dot and so on... I have attached a screenshot.
