I have been asked to populate a word document template with information stored in an Excel spreadsheet. I would like to create the new document from a template and populate the template with information from the spreadsheet. Also if it is possible I would like to populate some additions parts of the word document with another word document. Can this be done ? I know the excel one can but how about the word to word one?
Word to Word can be done. This example creates a new document from a protected notes.dotx template then puts in the first and last name:

Depending on your requirements, you can also link a Word document to Excel workbooks and other documents without the need for any macros.
