Dear,
If I change month in the cel (K3,L3,M3)(Below YTD) then for different products mentioned in(K3,L3,M3 x,y,z)) it will provide ydt figure of sales in cels (K5,L5,M5 & K6,L6,M6).
I used this formula SUMIF(B3:J3,K3,B5:INDEX(B5:J5,MATCH(K2,B2:J2,0))) but its not working properly.
pls help
In K5 Cell
=SUMIFS($B5:$J5,$B$2:$J$2,K$2,$B$3:$J$3,K$3)

Thanks for your support.
But it still not providing the appropriate result if I put May-13 or Jun-13(below YTD..year to date) then it should provide sum for the different products(X,Y,Z).
But it is providing figure only for that month not the sum for each product till the period mentioned in below ytd.
Again show the expected result.
Till jun-13 for x it will show 363 in cel k5 if I change period in cel k2

could you explain me reason of using"<=" this
< means Less Than
= means Equal To
<= means Less Than Or Equal To
So I just used it to sum all the data which is less than or equal to the given date
